Amazing Hedge Fund looking for an experienced administrative support professional to join its Greenwich, CT Offices in their Human Resources Department. In this role he/she, you will provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team including assisting with all elements of the recruiting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Provide administrative support to two (2) experienced recruiters, including: calendar and phone management, expense processing, travel arrangements and location tracking
-Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with organization professionals: create calendar invites, prepare and administer briefing materials for interviewers and candidates, book meeting space and coordinate candidate travel, as needed
-Assist with the full life-cycle of recruiting activities, including experienced hire searches and on- campus recruiting
-Collect and collate feedback on candidates from interviewers and communicate feedback to recruiters, as needed
-Manage in-house Applicant Tracking System, including: data entry to input and update applicant information, running reports, creating candidate trackers and other recruiting metrics
-Manage a shared functional inbox, including: responding to inbound inquiries, forwarding to appropriate point of contact and other tasks as required
-Post job descriptions internally and externally including organizations and campus sites
-Assist with campus, on-site and internship event planning by: booking meeting spaces, ordering catering, securing A/V, communicating with campus stakeholders (career center contacts and club members), scheduling meetings and coordinating other logistics, as needed
-Manage expense reimbursements for candidates and identify budget re-forecasting as needed: collect required forms and receipts and work with internal parties for approval and processing
-Prepare offer letters, offer packets and initiate background checks
-Partner with IT to setup webinars and distribute candidate testing and firm trainings as required
-Update, conduct analysis and format recruiting data for presentations and quarterly management updates
-Handle legal approval, transmission and filing of sensitive agreements and files
-Back-up other HR Assistants on team coverage of calendars, phones and overflow scheduling
-Manage reporting and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Required Skills:
-Bachelors Degree with outstanding academic achievement
-One to Four (1-4) years of administrative experience with recruiting experience being a PLUS
-Strong technical knowledge with ability to pick-up and customize new and existing HR systems
-Excel and Outlook experience required
-Flexibility to travel to various campuses required
-Strong interpersonal skills; Accountability; Sound judgment; Results-orientation; and Adaptable
