|Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for daily order processing and issue resolution as well as data base management, including but not limited to price file maintenance and EDI issue resolutions. This position will update all vendor guide changes to customer systematic records. Responsible for communicating with the sales force, customer service and warehouse operations for all order related issues. This position will maintain daily and monthly sales order reporting.
Additional responsibilities will include support for sales, operations and to support operations during physical inventories.
Three or more years of related experience in customer service
Excellent understanding of retail account order processes and
procedures. Strong skills in personal computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
Must have SAP software experience in Sales and Distribution. EDI experience preferred.
