|Detailed Job Description:
In this role, you'll be ordering office supplies, paying invoices, maintaining relationships with vendors, coordinating with the building for any office issues that may need to be addressed.
In addition, in this unique role you'll also be assisting the office Executive Assistants from time to time on special projects.
- High School grad at a minimum, any addition school (i.e. Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree) is a plus, not a must.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in Office Administration / Office Management / Facilities coordination.
