Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Job Description
Growing medical practice with multiple locations is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This practice is committed to being a one of a kind healthcare provider, with a premiere commitment to customer service.
As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you are responsible for finding and attracting top talent across multiple site locations and job functions.
Meet with management teams to determine recruiting needs.
Source candidates using various networks and strategies.
Evaluate candidate resumes against defined specifications.
Conduct initial phone screen to qualify candidate experience, motivation and compatibility.
Develop creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner.
Provide phone screen and interview feedback to the hiring manager on all candidates.
Practice effective behavioral interview techniques and utilize skill assessing tools as needed.
Communicate and track offers/rejections among all relevant management. Conduct appropriate reference checks
Ensure timely completion of scheduling and pre-employment activities to move candidates through the interview/hire cycle.
Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for certain positions.
Special Projects as assigned.
Minimum 7 years Healthcare recruitment experience is required
Consistent Work history/longevity
Heavy Sourcing experience needed.
