Detailed Job Description:
The eCommerce Sales Leader owns the delivery of Net Revenue and P&L targets for the Beauty business with US retailers, with a focus on Amazon. He or she will own the development, agreement and delivery of the joint business plan with US retailers in support of delivering eCommerce sales targets. The individual also owns the execution of eCommerce retail presence for the division including, Perfect Store On-line , working closely with local eCommerce Trade Marketing. The individual is also accountable for the flawless operations with the customer, including forecasting, meeting partner supply requirements (working with supply chain) and KPI optimization (traffic, conversion, basket, retention, profitability). Building on a deep understanding of eCommerce and Amazon`s business model and organization, the Sales Leader will be able to articulate the key needs of retail partners back to the broader organization, as well as translate the brand/category strategies into winning eCommerce plans. Additionally, the Sales Director is able to commercialize the investments with retail partners (e.g. fundamentals, trade spend and retail media) to secure preferred vendor status, giving the company access to full consumer journey data and optimal visibility of the brands across the digital ecosystems of Amazon and other key players.

Responsibilities:
Ownership of the full commercial relationship and delivery of eCommerce targets with retailer partners
Execution of a joint business plan with retailer partners, with KPI's in support of delivering the targets
Execution of perfect store on-line at Amazon and retailer partners, with support from eCommerce Trade Marketing
Operational excellence (e.g. supply, content, listings, forecasting)
Trade spend budgets including AMS/AMG and optimize for KPI's (traffic/conversion/basket/repeat/profit)
Ensuring optimal commercialization of AMG investments to achieve superior brand visibility
Drive towards preferred vendor status with Amazon in beauty commercializing total company investment
Articulate the key needs of retailers back to the broader business unit organization
Serve as the primary liaison between retailers and US eCommerce Sr. Director and Global eCommerce VP
Manage and direct the account team (4 direct reports)
Required Skills:
4 year degree; advanced degree a plus
5+ years prior e-commerce sales experience, working on an Amazon business or at Amazon
Affinity for Beauty - Prior beauty category experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
3 - 4+ years of Amazon experience
Direct sales with mass retail channel
Strong leaderships
Strong analytics
Strong understanding of Amazon platform/programs
Some expertise/working knowledge of AMZ supply chain

Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's business model, eretail and brand strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive winning, business building plans with Amazon and retail partners

Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence up one or more levels and at top to top levels in the customer organization

Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment
Ability to develop reporting staff to full potentials and to build eCommerce sales leaders for the future
