ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Maintain an atmosphere of professionalism, compassion, and sensitivity at all times
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Answer phones, schedule meetings, order supplies, and prepare correspondence and documentation as required.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Input and update data into spreadsheets and databases.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Assist and participate in departmental projects, including board meeting materials and equipment
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Provide coverage for Executive Assistant to the COO as needed.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Meet and greet visitors
Monday through Friday (9am-5pm) with possible overtime for special events.
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ 2-4 years of relevant experience
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Meticulous attention to detail and strong customer service skills
ÃÂ¢?ÃÂ¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High School diploma required.
Associates degree preferred.
