Growing company in Westbury seeking an additional administrative assistant to join a very busy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills with a flair for numbers - accounting experience would be a plus, and a keen ambition/drive to get ahead.
-Heavy Customer contact via phone and email
-Internet Research
-Recording/Tracking contacts with follow up plans
-Mailings - using Word and Excel
-Cover Receptionist during breaks or days off
-General Office duties in a very busy office

9am-5pm with flexibility to stay later when needed
