OVERVIEW: Long Island's leading manufacturer in the world of low maintenance home improvement products join forces to create an unprecedented Sales and Marketing opportunity with unlimited income potential.
Selected candidates will be assigned an exclusive territory to increase market share for company. The Territory Sales Specialists (TSS) will have the opportunity to create new sales opportunities in an established market. Sales targets include: residential installed, wholesale, and DIY prospects.
POSITION SUMMARY: After intense 3 week training program, the TSS will be assigned a territory. In addition to developing new business opportunities and relationships, the TSS will be covering a daily schedule of pre-qualified in home sales leads.
*Represent company in a professional manner
*Communicate and manage service call opportunities
*Arrive on time for all pre-set sales calls
*Follow up and close all opportunities in CRM system
*Work home shows to promote the brands
*Create local marking initiatives
*Develop brand recognition in assigned territory
*Call on Builders, Architects, HOA's and Contractors
RESOURCES AND COMPENSATION:
*10% commission on all product and service sales revenue
*Direct factory Training and Support
5 years successful sales experience with proven track record of developing market share
