Detailed Job Description:
This role is accountable for managing the implementation of innovative permanent cabinetry initiatives under the organization.
Managing customer timelines and deliverables with our internal timelines related to the implementation of new fixture system rollouts.
Liaison collaborative partner with the Global Merchandising team.
Managing all external PC vendor relationships/services.
Interacting principally with the customer selling organization - including the customer team leaders and team space planners - Marketing, Operations and Customer Logistics.

Major Duties
Manage the development and rollout of new innovative fixture initiatives:
oBegin initial exploration for new innovative merchandising solutions
oWork closely with sales teams to develop materials (concepts, renderings, models) for customer review.
oCommunicate launch plans and any changes to the plan for new projects to all internal and external stakeholders
oManage all timelines including Fixture, Graphic and Account dates, and ensure all relevant parties deliver on time â??Sales, Materials Management, Distribution, Freight, Customer Logistics and Transportation.
oAssist with graphic component development and review.
oManage plastic and graphic out of stocks with Materials Management and Customer Logistics and provide substitutions to meet customerâ??s reset timing
oLead weekly project review calls to identify and resolve any issues in the launch of new merchandising solutions
Work closely with Retail Execution team (Merchandisers) on reset materials, training manual, training classes, and scheduling.
Manage Vendors in new system development
Manage permanent cabinetry database with new and deleted fixture SKU information.
Collaborate with Global Marketing and Package Development team to ensuring all New Product packaging fits within any proposed merchandising system.
Provide back up support to the Manager of Retail Operations as needed.
Responsible for Corporate Elevated wall sets
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required
4-5+ years of experience in a Project Management Capacity - Cosmetics Preferred or a Consumer Products Company
Highly detail oriented with strong analytical skills
General understanding of planograms and mechanisms of retail communication Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with and leading cross-functional partners
Demonstrated leadership ability to lead processes and people against project deliverables and timelines
Strong project management skills with ability to execute against both broad project deliverables and specific, tactical items on time and within budget
Highly effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow-through on a real-time basis
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and frequently verbally and in writing
Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
