Two of our largest clientele (Insurance and Financial Services) now seek Learning and Development Managers/Entrepreneurs with degree, 5+ years diversified learning and development/HR as well as training and facilitation experience to provide program management support; focusing on onboarding, technical training curriculums and career development programs. Technical training experience a +. Interact with executives and high end team throughout the firm. Must have background in design and developing course content, webex, Videos, and online content. Position will be a part of high end HR team reporting to director of learning and development. Develop and guide content for several learning programs and modules. Responsible for planning and implementing corporate training programs, policies and procedures. Responsible for performing needs and assessments for design, development and implementation of web based and on the job classroom. Seeking a unique blend of self driven and managed training program from creation to completion. Act as key contributor helping high end team achieve overall goals. Conduct and manage orientation programs. Coordinate and ensure success of internship program. Attend college recruitment fairs and solicit candidates for internship program. Set up technical training programs. Ensure smooth running of logistics and training events. Ensure high end training experience and suggest improvements. Communicate, interface and provide feedback from outside vendors to drive and improve content and experience. Research and recommend best practices.
