Growing stable company moving to Melville in February looking for an Office Assistant to handle Data Entry and diverse responsibilities.
Data Entry for Internet Division: download sales and payment info, enter in SAGE, maintain spreadsheets, customer service and reports, maintain internet site.
Purchase Orders: enter purchase orders into SAGE system, send to publisher and warehouse. Maintain master spreadsheet.
Receiving Reports: enter titles from warehouse reports into SAGE.
Invoicing: customer billing in SAGE.
General office duties as needed.
Backup for other employees.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office. Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
Knowledge of SAGE 100 a plus.
