Well known Midsize Insurance Brokerage is seeking an Assistant Group Benefits Account Executive. Administer a book of business consisting of Group Benefit Accounts.
Educate targeted groups on claims submissions
Handle billing issues/problems.
Handle New case submissions-Make sure everything for a submission is there from the group.
Data entry applied
Send out welcome letters to new groups. Introduce service team
Send out renewal letters
Run renewal lists
1.Prep for enrollment meeting (make up kits, order supplies)
2.Assist and attend enrollment meetings (in house and outside)
Run doctor reports
Census prepping on RFPs (request for proposals)
Establish and track all Life, LTD, LTC cases
1.Copy all life apps/make applied entries
2.Follow-up with producers on status of submissions
Handle Applications, Para-meds, medicals, quotes, proposals, placements
After renewals, make up enrollment kits for each group
Take key position on Employee Navigator. Learn system and teach groups system via on-site visits and webinars.
