|Detailed Job Description:
Responsible for reviewing certificates of insurance for coverage for all of our subcontractors. Its fast paced and the person has to have extensive experience and knowledge of insurance coverages, be extremely organized and be able to make good decisions based upon their knowledge of coverages, etc. Understanding how buildings are built is a plus.
Provide operational support to Project Team in reviewing subcontractor insurance documentation. Identifying subcontractor insurance compliance issues as it relates to requirements. Candidate will have to call the subcontractor's brokers and must have good communication skills as well as strong organizational skills and knowledge of insurance as it relates to the construction industry and be able to work under pressure and multi task.
We are seeking someone with at least 7 years experience with general liability coverage and certificates of insurance. Brokers license required.
