|Detailed Job Description:
Our non-profit client in NYC is seeking a HRIS Coordinator for their team. This person will be assisting in the roll out of a new HR system. The daily duties will be to work with our managers and supervisors answering questions they may have about using the software and about creating job descriptions properly. There will be some software testing and troubleshooting, but nothing advanced. The hire will be trained on how to use the product.
This position is long term temp to hire for the right person.
Comfort working in computer systems. Ability to do basic software testing/troubleshooting and provide support to end usersÃ¢ questions.
Experience writing Job Descriptions and training guides with screenprints
Can implement a project plan
Attention to detail
