|Detailed Job Description:
Our Sales & Business Development Executive will create, build and execute on our sales acquisition and channel growth strategies. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales acquisition plan including prospecting, sales cycle management, lead generation and ultimately, attaining and exceeding our client expansion plans.
Take the lead in delivering the lead generation that provides the foundation of our customer/client acquisition process.
Build a deep and rich pipeline of sales opportunities that will be realized via new customer acquisition.
Establish key performance indicators
Build presentations that excite potential customers and manage the end-to-end customer acquisition process ultimately resulting in the closure of new customer logoÃÃÃÂ¢??s
Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure that the team has all the tools, including technology and programs required to meet their objectives
Source, develop and manage client accounts.
Build, foster, and negotiate partner relationships and mutually beneficial channel partners.
Understand the channel partnerÃÃÃÂ¢??s needs and establish companyÃÃÃÂ¢??s product as the best solution that addresses that need.
Lead the authoring and facilitation of sales proposals, RFPÃÃÃÂ¢??s, SOWÃÃÃÂ¢??s, etc.
Build and analyze forecasting for potential business opportunities and lead generation.
Define and foster high quality products that align with our strategy.
Develop and nurture client relations in order to create up-sell opportunities.
Stays abreast of competitive information such as strengths/weaknesses of similar firms and competitive pricing.
Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials.
Share and work daily with driven, smart, caring people internally and externally.
What we need in you:
BachelorÃÃÃÂ¢??s Degree in Business Administration.
Proven track record in selling technology solutions to technical / non-technical clients.
Proven track record in defining, creating, and launching successful new high quality products.
Proven success in sourcing, closing and managing accounts.
You are an energetic and inspirational sales professional that creates a positive work environment.
Excellent influencing skills and the natural ability to develop strong relationships
You have exceptional written, verbal, and very strong interpersonal skills.
You are a proactive, entrepreneurial, self-starter who always goes above and beyond.
Exceptional organization, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
