Role and Responsibilities:
xProvide implementation services and Webinar/Telephonic training to clients for our HRIS product
xAssess and fully understand client needs, business practices and challenges as it relates to the product
implementation process
xIdentify and recommend product customizations, enhancements or workarounds to enhance the client's
xWork closely with other internal departments to identify client deliverables and prepare for client's go
live date
xassume full ownership of client's Statement of Work
xRespond to all clients and internal communications promptly, following up as needed to confirm requested action was taken and effectively addressed
xHandle multiple implementations simultaneously with ease and efficiency
xEnsure a seamless client transition to our Support specialist following a successful implementation and go-live date
xMaintain service excellence and follow organizational values and standards
Qualifications and Education Requirements:related field is preferred
xBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT or other
xMinimum 1 year of experience in benefits/or as an HR generalist
xMinimum 1 year of Implementation experience
xMinimum 1 year of customer service experience
xAbility to work well independently as well as on a team
Preferred Skills:
xExperience with HRIS systems, Web based databases and enrollment systems is a plus
xExperience with EDI file transmissions Ãâ?? running, validating and auditing
xMust be familiar with PPACA regulations as well as the ever changing benefits landscape in order to advise
the clients as needed
xADP and/or Kronos Background a plus
xTechnology enthusiast and excited about learning new technology; fast learner
xMicrosoft Office Suite
xExcellent oral & written business communication skills
